During an attempt by John and Aeryn to re-create a "wormhole", during solar flares around the planet Dam-Ba-Da, John's ship develops a Plasma leak and he's forced to the planet surface for repairs.

Impatience draws D'Argo to the planet. Zhaan follows shortly after but is "disabled" by the solar flares which are an intense sexual sensation to her race.

Meanwhile, Aeryn and John notice a Peacekeeper beacon, from Crais, announcing the bounties on the crew's heads (leaving out Aeryn and Crichton). The beacon is also noticed by two Vorcarion Blood-Trackers. John quickly pretends to be a bounty hunter himself and is able to become the"leader" of the two Blood Trackers.

However, the Blood Trackers catch D'Argo's scent and take him hostage. In an attempted to look as though he was still a bounty hunter, and clear the bleeding caused by the Blood Trackers cuts, John is forced to torture D'Argo.

Another bounty hunter tries to disable John's module, but Aeryn catches them. During the fight, she is temporarily blinded.

The Blood Trackers figure out that John is not one of them, and a shoot out ensues. Aeryn is able to re-program the beacon. She plays it during the shoot-out, and the Blood Trackers stop their hunt for the crew. They are able to leave the planet.
